Agents can already do the work. What stops them reaching production in serious companies is that nobody can say afterwards what they did. So we sell the answer to that first, and the agents second.

Khelion comes out of operational work in a safety-critical, heavily regulated environment — where a missing document becomes a finding and a named human signs the last line — crossed with graduate study in artificial intelligence. That is why the warrant and the log were designed before the agents were.

Manifest pays for the research. The research becomes a programme. Each one opens when the previous is proven. The sequence can be adjusted; it will not be improvised. The first fields were not chosen by taste: in aviation security and medical devices the obligation is written, dated and public, so the demand exists whether or not anyone buys from us.

How we work
A very small team, heavily instrumented. Our own agents run our research, our monitoring and our drafting, supervised on exactly the terms we sell. That is the proving ground, and it is why we can tell you where these systems break. We publish what we learn, because a company selling evidence should produce some.
How we engage
No rate card — every engagement is scoped, measured and quoted in writing. Three rules do not move: we bill the unit you already count, never seats. The written quote holds without a signed change of scope. And every engagement carries a kill rule agreed before we start — the number we accept to be judged on.
