Within the decade, we expect every airport — and the operators around it — to run agents alongside their teams the way they run their operational systems today. We are building the layer that makes this ordinary: safe, provable, replaceable model by model, and cheap enough to scale from one site to a network.

One platform, widened deployment by deployment

Now — the airport: ground handlers first, then security providers and airport operators, and the organisations that share their obligations. Each pilot project is built to go into production inside the client’s own systems.

Next — other regulated infrastructure: ports, rail, energy. Same agents, same trust layer.

Then — every operation where evidence is a condition of operating. The engine is the same; only the rules change.

Built from inside the regulated side

Khelion comes out of operational work in a safety-critical, heavily regulated environment — where a missing document becomes a finding and a named human signs the last line — crossed with graduate study in artificial intelligence. The warrant and the ledger were designed before the agents were.

Rules we apply to ourselves first

• Verify at the source. Regulations are quoted from the Official Journal, with the point number.
• No invented statistics, references or clients. If we cannot show it, we do not say it.
• A stop rule written before we start — for every engagement and for our own projects.
• Open source and our own tooling before paid platforms; deliverables in open formats.
• Our company runs on our own agents, under the same warrant and ledger we ship.

Documented work, never seats

A pilot project is one process, six weeks from the day access opens, at a fixed price announced before we start. In production: an annual fee per station or per site, then a price per documented unit beyond the included volume — a turnaround, an occurrence file, a person on a register.
